Website and a complete online hiring workflow for a Mississippi behavioral health provider.
The problem
Divine Behavioral Solutions is hiring across seven roles and was collecting applications on paper: a multi-page form, photocopies of ID and Social Security cards, and W-4 and I-9 forms handed back on the first day. Candidates without a printer dropped out.
What we built
We designed the site around hiring and built the entire application online. Candidates pick a position, work through personal details, availability, skills, education, military service, employment history and references, upload photos of their documents from a phone, read step-by-step instructions for completing the government forms on iPhone or Android, and sign on screen. The finished application is generated as a PDF for the hiring team.
